Oh, my goodness, it is WAY too cold around here! It's so cold I've had to climb over the console to get into my the drivers seat of my car because the door will freeze if it is opened. That's right. I won't be able to close my car door if I open it. Chip went out and tried to fix it tonight. We'll see how it goes tomorrow, but I'm scared. I have to be to orchestra at 7:50 AM which leaves almost no time for anything to go wrong.
On top of the cold, it's been snowing all day. Enough that the roads are horrid. Yep, I'm looking forward to being out there tomorrow. The last huge snow storm happened on Christmas and I was so happy I didn't have to teach the next day. Well, looks like fate has caught up with me. LOL!
Speaking of orchestra, I have been having weird dreams regarding going back. Apparently I'm a bit nervous? Anyway, in my dreams I either don't recognize my students or I can't remember their names. There was even one dream where my boss thought I wasn't a good enough teacher because my supervisor said I wasn't. So, my boss was in class with me the whole time for two days making sure I was doing everything right. Just a wee bit stressful! Thank goodness they are only dreams. I am looking forward to seeing my cute students again. I hope they are ready to jump into more detail on their instruments. We have a good two months of just learning :D Life can't get better than that.

I looked out the window...
...and what did I see?
About 2-3 inches of snow. All over. Even the road. Can I tell you how grateful I am that Chip doesn't have to go to work today? I sit and worry about him when he's gone on snowy days. We are supposed to go to his work party tonight, and I was really looking forward to it, but I may have to stay home.
Sis came down with a fever this morning. It was 100.9 and her poor cheeks are bright pink. She says her body hurts. When I told her about her fever she was devastated. We had just told her she was going to a Christmas party with Grandpa, and she began to cry when she thought she may not be able to go. I am hoping her little body will fight this off quickly. We're doing what we can to help her through it. She's relaxing and drinking a lot of water. We even had her get a blessing. I pray she will be healed tonight not only for her comfort, but so that she will understand that Heavenly Father loves her and cares about her wants. I hope she has the faith to be healed and that her testimony will be strengthened through this. Maybe I should go down and help her say a prayer that she wants to get better really quickly. I'm thinking, if she doesn't have any other symptoms, that I may just give her some meds and send her anyway. I don't want to get everyone else sick, but she has been so sweet about this whole situation all day. Any extra prayers from anyone reading would be appreciated.
